A group of professional pioneers from different fields such as Health, Law, Human Resource Management, Education etc came together in 1992 to form Pragati Foundation, a registered non profit organisation.

Pragati Foundation is today one of the few organisations which focuses on motivating individuals within non-government organisations to realize their true potential, to creatively and collectively contribute towards the society at large. This is done by facilitating various aspects of Human Resource Development.

Pragati Foundation has a rich working experience with NGOs, Women and Youth through specially designed workshops and training interventions.
