1) "Enhancing Leadership Skills for effective management for Rebuilding lives of adolescents and mothers in earthquake affected Areas":

This is a Leadership Development Training programme for NGOs working in earthquake-affected areas. We are working on this project in collaboration with Chetna.The training addresses the need for building the Leadership Capacity of secondline NGO Leaders. The training is divided into two phases. The first phase was completed in the 1st week of January. The follow up visits has been scheduled in March '04 and the phase 2 training in April '04 at Chetna, Ahmedabad.

2) "Leadership Development Programme for IWMI" - Srilanka:
The main objective of IWMI LDP programme is to identify staff members who have the potential to move from regional to national, from national to international and into senior research and management positions. The programme also aims to develop individual development plans, provide targeted training support and put an effective mentoring system in place. Mr. Arun Wakhlu from Pragati Foundation facilitated two successful programmes in 2003. The third LDP is scheduled in March'04 at Sri Lanka.
